Xoops DHTML Hack Update

We had made a hack to xoops. The aim of the hack is to upgrade the normal dhtml textarea editor that is being shipped with xoops. This hack works with the latest stable version of Xoops (2.0.17). Just download the hack and follow the instructions in the readme file. All you have to do is to replace the original files with the hack files.
